MLB Virtual 31st Ballpark (Monorail Train)

Monorail train designs created for MLB's new 31st Ballpark stadium and their virtual Metaverse experiences; giving Major League Baseball fans digital access to exclusive events and games. Initially conceived as a background element for the ballpark game map, the monorail was later considered as an entry-point for spectators to the MLB metaverse experience, where you would arrive at the ballpark via a dedicated train service. I wanted the styling of the monorail to feel contemporary and yet minimalist in design, and I toyed with the idea of the train being suspended from the track to provide wide uninterrupted views of the lake, cityscape and ballpark as you approach them.
